That hand looks pretty awesome.
The skin creases on the old man's face are pretty awesome, too. Only critique I have is that his left arm looks unfinished, in comparison to the rest of the painting.

The skin tones and simple, direct rendering are wonderful! None of that over-rendering that plagues my paintings.

Only thing I'd say is watch the hand. It's a bit strange that the palm is narrower than the fingers; normally it'd be the other way around.
