i know it's only two frames, but it looks a little weird. if she's in a stance/on her toes, the head and torso would move at a minimum, if she's just breathing, i'd drop the leg movement and just have the torso move.

What do you know, maybe she has a highly developed cerebellum.

I'm not saying that it's correct the way it is. But it is how I wanted it to look. At this stage all this is just experimenting for me, so naturally I'm going to be wrong more often than not. This was just one of the situations "what if the head would not move at all, can I pull it off?", apparently not. Thanks for your feedback.

it's just really hard to create minimum movement when the moving it by one pixel is already too extreme. Working in between pixels, that is something I have yet to learn. I know it can be done, but alas.

I've gone through a couple of iterations, but this is pretty hard for me. I like how clean your pixel art looks. I'll probably attempt to clean mine up a little more after work today or tomorrow.

I'm looking at r@nd0m-lamb's pixel art again, and I disagree as I like the leg movement. I think it adds an exaggeration to the breathing as is common practice in cartoons and necessary (helpful?) due to the low frame count.
