well, i m new here
just submitting one of my drawings
i drew it with pencil
then edited with photoshop
well... here it is

no offense but it looks more like a naked woman than an angel. angels usually have some defining features, like say, oh I dunno, wings, or a halo? you don't HAVE to have those to call it an angel though, it just doesn't stand out as one. the way her arms are bent and coming out makes it look awkward having her hands palm down, it seems like they would be more upturned.

well, i understand. i dont know if all angels are naked, but, i see it.

if u give her wings she looks like an angel 2 me, but u try 2 hide her nipels right? if her her is like that you'd still see them ^.^

I agree about the naked woman stuff.. But at least it was a good-looking naked woman!

3rdey3 welcome to PK

this pic is pretty good but she has a few anatomy problems . Her Neck , collarbones and shoulders . The hair is not very convensing .To me it looks more like ribbons . Your shading does not conform to shape of hair .There are always a few stray hairs when the wind is blowing . Think of shape and form of the hair and how gravity determins the way it will fall . Nice Job !

well, to be honest i just wanted to try somethin new
wings and halos r old school
by the way u r pretty much right about everything about this pic
however, this is an angel and so gravity should not matter much...should it?

depends on whether or not this is the kind of angel gravity affects, it's up to you, that's the beauty of creation in art huh?

hmm i'm not too big of a fan of the style, but that is a bit subjective

like the colors though, kind of like a washed out photo
anyways, some crits:
-the arms look a wee bit awkward...her forearm as well as her bicep seemed to have been stretched out by a lot...give them some more shape and shorten them down a bit
-the hands also appear way too small (could be caused by the arm thing^^^^)
-breasts seem a little weird, but i can't really describe why
-the hair is sorta gross

...almost dreads, but not as natty just weird clumpy hair lol

keep working on it though..
