Tablet FAQ (read before asking about tablets)

I just wanted to post here that the Huion H420 ( or the 420 ~0.0476 / ~0.0397 BTC) I got from amazon works fantastic. It is a small and easily portable tablet (~127 grams), and I'd recommend it as a starting tablet. 2048 pressure levels / 4000 LPS / 200 RPS

It will work without drivers on the newest kernel, iirc, or the patch can be loaded manually as a module easily. For me this was:

cd ~ && mkdir Huion_Drivers && cd Huion_Drivers
git clone https://github.com/DIGImend/huion-driver .
cd ./huion-driver && make && sudo make install

Thanks. Main branch on git is now completely working as of last week. The newest mypaint had a few different bugs, but they're all fixed now. (Thanks achadwick!) One of these days, I'll repackage the older mypaint to work too.

Yes. MyPaint, Krita, and Gimp on Linux are what I use.
