rayvon: that's doable, but i dont know if that would increase use...doesnt hurt to try i suppose. any way to link it in such a way that entering the chatroom data is automatic? or maybe just link to this thread?

Darkreaver: Go to http://webchat.quakenet.org/
In the upper left corner there's a "irc" icon with a menu, select "add webchat to your site" from that. It will allow you to input user options, as well as the channels you wish to connect to. It then spits out the whole thing as an Iframe that you can put in a new resource here on PKBBS. <iframe src="http://webchat.quakenet.org/?channels=polykarbon&uio=d4" width="647" height="400"></iframe> |

did a quick test, unfortunately embedding the thing on the main page is a pain, because it reloads when you go to another page. so in the menu bar it goes.

...It DOES work, just no one's really there. What say we schedule some sorta art discussions or something? Otherwise it seems hard to casually go there lookin' for people to talk to...

Problem is that hardly anyone ever checks the menu. Until i've read that you actually added a link to it in the menu i was totally clueless about it's existence within the structure of the forum layout.
