Kokoro fuku? heart clothes?? what is going on? that makes absolutely no sense. Anyway, there's nothing more than a head, so that's not a lot to crit, my biggest crit would be something of personal opinion only, and that is that it's the sterotype bug eye anime, I mean come on, with eyes that size, it'd take a full second to blink!

Hmm well seeing as how it is your first I'm gonna say welcome to PK. Although I don't really agree with what hebi has to say, the pencil work looks neat and overall it is a nice head. But if you want to take art seriously then it is true that your drawing here falls under the millions of stereotypical teenage anime drawings, but it's better than a lot of them I've seen. And don't take this as any means of insult; I'm not saying drop drawing anime rather that you need more practice and guidlines to improve. You should really take a look at the tutorial section here, keep up the work. Cheers~
