judge voting
sorry about the long wait...we'll do a quick and dirty mod judge panel to pick the winner.
Like before, each judge will rank 3rd, 2nd, and 1st place choices, which will be 1, 2, and 3 points respectively. the highest sum points will be the winner. only the 1st place will be awarded a trophy this time around.
