Is it supposed to look like Psyche has two left arms?

As for the direction she's facing, I think it's the fact that we see too much of her face. It seems to me that if she were makin' out with...

Part of the reason that the gun looks so 'cartoony' is that it doesn't accurately reflect the form of a real gun. For example, the weird curly thing on top has absolutely no point, the pump on the...

Two self portraits.

Part of the series seen in my Color Art thread.

Erased charcoal, 2.5 hours. The entire lower half of the face needs to be widened a bit, nose, mouth, chin and all. The cheekbone could stand to move...

The biggest problems are, I think, in the lineart rather than the coloring. The perspective of the gun doesn't match that of the arm (don't get me wrong, individually the perspective is excellent on...

I agree that there is not quite enough contrast, and I think the color job is much too hazy. I feel like I'm viewing the pic through a cloud bank. Aside from tweaking a contrast, you could also try...

Triple the pictures, triple the pleasure!

Both done in class today, approximately 30-45 minutes each. I still need to crank up the backgrounds a little, but first I want to ask the Internet for...

C . . . Cress Albane?

The latest edit definitely shows an improvement. But now the armor looks too shiny, at least to me. The white outline on the crosspiece of his sword looks a little out of...

Hmm. It looks too much like an actual screenshot from Inu-Yasha. This would be fine if, say, you were going for a perfect technical rendering of it. But it's not accurate enough for that. If it's...
